Mr Vance Smith,
I am writing today about inmate”Ronald Albert Hinton “… better known as ” JP ” his nickname in the Baltimore City Detention Center 401 East Eager Street M section I don’t want to disclose my name so where it says to put my name it’s going to be a bogus name at first until I talk to you and know that is hey legitimate person I’m talking to about this case at matter .. so I’m going to start by saying I was two cells down from ” JP “.. ” jp ” which like I said it’s his nickname and ” JP ” stands for ” Jesus’s prayer “.. and the time that I’ve sat with him and talk to him we trusted each other we talked to each other about things we wouldn’t talk to with anybody else concerning our cases so need me to say I have information on this case that might be helpful in his appeal or might be harmful I’m not sure how it will be taking but he broke down to me on several occasions during the time I was there and” jp” told me the whole story from days before the incident till when ” jp ” got arrested and I’m going to tell you it was hard to hear but at that time it was hard to get our hands on legal documents such as the legal Library and at the same time we were considered juveniles and their facility so we weren’t first in line to receive these papers that could help us with his trial so that being said I always promised ” jp “that if there was anything that I could do I will do because I know that he was being 100% truthful with me because there’s only so many lies you can tell I’m not calling myself a saint I’ve done things wrong in the past also not containing in no type of this degree misdemeanors was my crimes but I got accused for allegedly armed robbery that’s why I was sent to the Detention Center where me and ” Ronald Albert Hinton ” was located on m-section Westside lower level and you know we never came out sometimes only once a week and that was for shower phone calls that was like twice a month I might have talked to my mother and for him it was even worse unless he got a lawyer’s visit and you know was able to pass along to his lawyer certain things to say to his mother like that ” Ronald Albert Hinton ” loves her and misses her just things that a child and that predicament would want to say to his loved ones well I will be honored to talk to you and to see if any information that I have like I said if ” Ronald Albert Hinton ” did it then the information that I have may have you know proof of that and if he didn’t do it or that he did also do it.. information that I have might be proof of that also because I looked up on this a lot over the years but cuz of drugs I’m not going to lie it wasn’t the main thing on my mind so now being 3 years clean and feelings and your morals they come back and a couple months ago I started remembering this about our time there because it was very rough conditions but that’s not the point the point is I would like to help you with some information that is all so it says on here that you do not disclaim or basically Layman’s give my identity and email address to the public or to whomever it may concern I want to remain anonymous until you feel as though or the lawyers or whoever’s on this appeal case if it is still one in action contact me then yes I will be willing to come out into the open because it all comes down to the child that was hurt in so many foul ways and winded up dying so I’m asking you nicely to please contact me I will leave my information but I’m also taking a snapshot I’m not sure what to call them but basically the pages that state you cannot show me as a person and the information and the persons information will remain anonymous… cuz the way the world works today let’s say my information was to help him in his case then some people might get mad and want to retaliate on me and I’m not willing a chance that so I need a guarantee that it will be anonymous until the point of if it helps or not and like I said I’m willing to do so but not until you take the information I have and put it together with the information you have and see if it even helps or it’s nothing of use…
